We collect NO personal information from test takers. Unlike most websites, the Rice Purity Test does not require registration, email sign-up, or any form of data submission to take the test. All test answers remain on your device and are never transmitted to us.

However, like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect certain non-identifying information such as:

• IP address (anonymized and not linked to your test answers)
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Date and time of visit
• Pages visited on our site

This information is used for aggregated analytics to understand site traffic and improve user experience. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How Your Test Answers Are Handled

Your answers never leave your browser. The Rice Purity Test runs entirely using JavaScript on your device. When you answer questions, your responses are stored temporarily in your browser's memory. Once you close the page or refresh, all answers are permanently erased. We do not have access to your individual responses or your final score.

3. Local Storage

We use minimal local storage for one purpose only:

• Comments (if applicable): Any comments you post on the test results page are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. These comments are never sent to our servers.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear your browser's local storage at any time without affecting the core test functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Formspree: Used only for the optional Contact and Feedback forms. When you voluntarily submit a message through our contact page, Formspree processes your name, email, and message. This data is sent directly to Formspree and forwarded to our email. We do not store this information on our servers. Formspree's privacy policy applies to that data.
• Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect information about your use of these fonts. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The Rice Purity Test is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove that information.

6. Data Security

Because we do not store any test data or personal information from test takers, there is no risk of your Rice Purity Test answers being breached or exposed. The only data at risk would be any information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, which is transmitted securely via HTTPS to Formspree.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions), you may have certain privacy rights, including:

• The right to access any personal data we hold about you
• The right to request correction or deletion of your data
• The right to object to or restrict data processing
• The right to data portability

Since we collect no personal data from test takers, there is typically no data to access or delete. If you have submitted a contact form message, please email us directly to request deletion of that message.

Our website is hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the Rice Purity Test from outside the United States, please be aware that information you voluntarily submit (such as contact form messages) may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
