3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Rice Purity Test operators and their affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
